We’re proud to introduce MyCondoVoter, the latest evolution of our voting platform.
It simplifies how homeowners participate in their community by bringing voting, meetings, board candidacies, and electronic consent into one secure space.
Each homeowner receives a secure, personalized link to their dashboard. From there, they can:
Vote electronically
Join virtual meetings
Submit board candidacies
Manage electronic consent
Review community notices and other important documents
By making participation simple, MyCondoVoter encourages greater engagement and helps communities achieve quorum faster.

Simple Access to the Portal
Accessing the MyCondoVoter Portal is simple.
Each homeowner receives a unique, secure link tied specifically to their voting rights and unit information. There are no usernames or passwords to create or remember.
When they click their link, they’re taken directly to their personalized participation hub.
Behind the scenes, MyCondoVoter uses authenticated and encrypted voting technology to ensure:
Each voter is verified
Each ballot is secure
Votes remain confidential
The result is a secure voting experience that’s easy for homeowners and reliable for associations.
What Homeowners Can Do in the Portal
Vote in Elections and Owner Ballots
Active votes are available directly inside each homeowner’s personalized MyCondoVoter Portal.
Homeowners can open their ballot ahead of the meeting or during the meeting, whatever works best for their schedule. All advance votes are counted toward quorum.
Each ballot clearly explains:
What the vote is about
The options or candidates
Any supporting details
The steps to complete the vote
Voters can review their choices, submit their vote, and return to their ballot anytime until the voting period officially closes.

Join Virtual Meetings
If your community is meeting virtually, homeowners don’t need a separate meeting link anymore.
They simply open their personalized MyCondoVoter Portal and join the meeting directly from there.
While attending the meeting, homeowners can access their ballot without leaving the meeting screen. They can follow the discussion and vote within the same secure space.
If anyone runs into questions or technical issues, our live meeting moderators are available right inside the portal to provide support in real time.

Submit Board Candidacy
Homeowners who want to run for the board can submit their candidacy directly through the MyCondoVoter Portal.
They can complete required nomination forms, add their bio, share their experience, and even upload or record a short introduction video, all in one place.
For voters, candidate information is built directly into the voting experience. While reviewing their ballot, homeowners can click to view candidate bios and videos before casting their vote.

Manage Electronic Consent
The portal also allows homeowners to:
Provide consent to receive notices and vote electronically
Confirm or update their consent status
This helps associations maintain clear digital records and reduce reliance on paper forms.

What This Means for Participation and Quorum
While the portal is built for homeowners, the impact is felt across the entire community.
You can expect:
Higher voter turnout
Faster quorum achievement
Fewer questions from homeowners
Simplified consent tracking
Launching Next Week
The MyCondoVoter Portal will officially launch on March 2 for CondoVoter communities.
If you have an upcoming annual general meeting or board election, we’d be happy to show you how the portal can support your process.
