Customer Story: Southwind Condominium
CommunityThe Southwind Condominium Association, Inc. Florida | Number of voters 55 |
For Debbie Valle, Board President at The Southwind Condominium Association, giving owners more flexible and accessible ways to participate in community decisions has always been a priority. When the association recently held a Special Members Meeting, the board decided it was the right time to introduce remote voting.
To get started with electronic voting and electronic notices, the Board passed a resolution authorizing e-voting and gathered consents from members who wanted to vote online.
“The CondoVoter team was so helpful in providing ample details about their services so that our Board of Directors could make an informed decision in choosing a company to get this new voting option underway,” Debbie explains.
A smooth first experience
From start to finish, Debbie and the board felt supported through the process.
“We are very happy with the entire process — getting accurate ballots to owners who consented to electronic voting, keeping strong communication with owners to ensure a strong response rate, and providing a timely results report,” she says.
The Southwind community’s first experience with remote voting proved both effective and well-received by owners.
“We had a great first experience and look forward to partnering with CondoVoter in future votes for our association!” Debbie says.
